By accessing or using Routiine.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Routiine.io is a sales intelligence platform that provides signal-based scoring, pipeline management, CRM integration, and engagement tracking tools for sales professionals and teams.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • The Service offers free trial periods and paid subscription plans.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content through the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission.
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routiine.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
